RETURNS POLICY
If your purchase needs returning, you will need to telephone UNLEASHED on 01752 666900. This will help speed up your return. As in the case of swapping goods we can sort out your exchange items quicker. When you have done this, please fill in the form supplied and return it with your purchase to the following address :

Returns postage is at your cost so we recommend that you use either First class Recorded/Signed For Post, for which a FREE certificate of posting can be obtained or standard parcel service, whichever is cheaper.
Please wrap the returns in suitable packaging.   If you use the plastic courier bag then this may cause ordinary stamps to fall off and you will be liable for additional postage charges.
PLEASE NOTE : Products can only be returned if they are in a NEW and UNUSED condition.
RETURNS SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT.
Christmas presents may be returned up to 20th January.
Exchanges will be processed as soon as we can, but allow 7 days for the receipt of the exchange.
Please allow 5 working days for a refund to be put into your account.

Ski Equipment Purchased Via Unleashedonline.co.uk (Internet and Mail Order)
-           For safety and compatibility reasons Skis and bindings will not be mounted when purchased unless we are in possession of your ski boot sole length. Please call or email us.
-          Should you not inform us of your boot length, we will send the skis and bindings out to you un-mounted. You can take your skis, bindings and boots along with our receipt to the Unleashed store (Plymouth) and we will mount them free of charge. Please allow at least a couple of hours during busy weekends for this. Please take your receipt.

-          Once a new pair of skis and bindings have been mounted (except for a ski and binding system set up where drilling is not required) they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
 
We are confident that we will help you select the right type and size of ski. However if you are not happy with our recommendation, call us on 01752 666900 to discuss exchange options. We reserve the right to make a rental charge of 25% of the skis value for each week of use. This guarantee covers the exchange of skis only. Your bindings will be refitted to any new ski selected where this is possible. If you wish to make a claim on a new pair of skis that have been mounted, one week's suitability charge is applied (except skis and bindings which are system set ups - where we have not drilled into the body of the ski) ask our staff for details.
